GULSAN LINE 3 FOR A.CELLI NONWOVENS

A.Celli Nonwovens has been selected as winding and slitting equipment supplier for the new Reicofil 4 line which will be operational in the fourth quarter of 2010 at Gulsan. 

Gulsan is the leading manufacturer of spunmelt in Turkey and this is the third Reicofil line equipped with A.Celli Nonwovens in-line winders and slitter-rewinders. 

The long and fruitful partnership between A. Celli Nonwovens, Reicofil and Gulsan started in 2002 with the first spunbond line, followed by the second in 2004 up to the last "state of the art project" of today.

The line, targeting hygiene and medical market, will have a SSMMMS configuration and will be featuring bicomponent capability. .

The latest "state of the art" A. Celli Nonwovens winding and slitting equipment, master roll winder "ACQUA", slitter-rewinder "SPEEDSTER", automatic knives positioning "Slittomatic" and automatic cardboard cores cutting and shaft handling system "COREMATIC2", will be serving the line in order to guarantee the best quality finished reels assured by A.Celli and to fulfil and, even go beyond, the high throughput requirements of the line.
